Open every weekend 10am-4pm and every day during school holidays!

Looking for a family day out with a difference? Celtic Harmony Camp, set in stunning ancient woodland near Hertford, is a one-of-a-kind outdoor attraction where history, nature, and adventure come together.

Explore a world of storytelling, crafts, and discovery as you journey through the Stone to Iron Age. Adventure into a Palaeolithic Cave, get hands-on with real archaeological artefacts, and walk through life-size Iron Age roundhouses in the village. Children can learn new skills like bushcraft and fire lighting, build dens, and make clay pots or even cook over an open fire! Check out our website for full events listings and booking details.

For active families, there’s a woodland Disc Golf course – perfect for a bit of friendly competition among the trees and nature.

When it's time to refuel, the Woodland Bistro offers a mouthwatering Celtic-Mediterranean menu, with handcrafted pizzas, juicy burgers, and delicious desserts.

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, making it a great destination for the whole family.

With facilities including a bistro, toilets and washrooms and a heated Prehistory Centre, you can be sure there are all the modern comforts you need for a brilliant family day out.

Open every weekend and daily in school holidays – just turn up and explore!

PLUS - Coming for Summer 2025 is our Glamping experience. Wake up to birdsong and the scent of the forest in your very own authentic roundhouse – the ultimate glamping adventure! Experience the magic of sleeping under a thatched roof surrounded by ancient woodland, with starlit skies, and nature right on your doorstep.
