South Mill Arts is a contemporary venue for the arts with a tiered 300 seater theatre, cinema, museum, gallery, bar, meeting/conference rooms & dance/rehearsal studios.

The original part of the building (Netteswell House) is the birthplace of Cecil Rhodes, financier, statesman and entrepreneur. The Bishop’s Stortford Museum contains the Cecil Rhodes Collection. This unique collection of artefacts, documents, archives and photographs provides an amazing insight into the life and times of Cecil Rhodes and attracts visitors from all over the world.
