Back for its third year, Ben Quinn’s Woodfired Canteen, renowned for their long table events, provides a foodie experience like no other, with purpose at its heart and fire in its belly.
Be transported to Home Farm for the evening to dine in our meadow, with wood-fired feasts designed and prepared by celebrated live fire chef Ben Quinn and his Woodfired Canteen team, in collaboration with a stellar line up of guest chefs. Josh Katz, chef-owner of Berber & Q Grill House, Shawarma Bar, and Carmel restaurants as well as a published author, will be bringing his culinary delights on the 8th of June.
Prior to launching Berber & Q in 2015, Josh worked in some of the best kitchens in London, including Galvin Bistrot de Luxe and Ottolenghi, before being appointed head chef at Made in Camden in 2010, the restaurant inside the iconic Round House in Chalk Farm. Under Josh’s stewardship, the restaurant was awarded 5* by Time Out, 4* by the late, great AA Gill in The Sunday Times, and earned a prestigious Bib Gourmand in 2011. These special events take place under the beautiful Oak Tree at Home Farm with live jazz or folk music accompanying the evening. We aim to eat outdoors however on the occasion it’s required we have giant Tipi shelters to lay our tables under.
