Samhain Celebrations 2026

26th October - 31st October 2026
Celebrate Samhain, the start of the Celtic new year, with a magical day out this October Half Term in an Iron Age settlement. Venture into the haunted forest if you dare! Explore the palaeolithic cave. Fill your day with creative activities such as building your own woodland shelter, decorating a chalk art auroch, and pumpkin clay crafts. Enjoy a warming lunch prepared by our resident chefs in The Woodland Bistro or tuck into a scary snack and hot chocolate in the roundhouse. End your day with a story in the Chieftain and a fire procession to celebrate the Celtic New Year. There are plenty more activities for your day so come along and celebrate with us! Finish the week-long celebration with us on Saturday the 31st October to burn your worries in the Samhain bonfire and make a wish for the year to come. Limited spaces - secure your magical day out today! Celtic Harmony Camp, Bourne Wood, Brickendon Ln, Brickendon, SG13 8NY
