The Wellness Reset

18th October 2026
The Wellness Reset Take a day out for yourself at The Wellness Reset — a one-day wellness experience designed to help you relax, recharge and reset. Set in the beautiful surroundings of The Oak House Studio at Hatfield Park, the day brings together three different practices: Vinyasa Yoga, Reformer Pilates and Yin Yoga with Sound Healing. Whether you’re completely new to these practices or already love them, the day is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and re-energised. Start with an uplifting Vinyasa flow to gently wake up the body, followed by a focused Reformer Pilates session centred around strength, control and your core. After a nourishing lunch and time to connect with others, slow things right down with longer-held Yin poses and the deeply relaxing sounds of a sound healing session. What’s included: * Vinyasa Yoga * Reformer Pilates * Yin Yoga & Sound Healing * Lunch and refreshments * Curated wellness goodie bag * Access to Hatfield Park grounds 18 October 2026 | 9:30am–4:30pm The Oak House Studio, Hatfield Park, Hertfordshire Spaces are limited to keep the experience small, personal and relaxed.
