We absolutely love an annual pass or membership, not only does it mean we can visit our favourite Hertfordshire attractions as much as we like, but it’s also a great way to save money, which is perfect when we’re trying to watch the pennies right now.

From wildlife parks to grand stately homes, with these annual passes you and the family will be able to bust the weekend boredom without breaking the bank. What’s more, as many of these top Hertfordshire attractions also have an ever-changing calendar of events, the days out and memories made will be almost almost as never-ending as the cries of “I’m bored” on the journey there.

Paradise Wildlife Park

If you’ve got little ones to entertain, an annual membership to Paradise Wildlife Park is spot on for keeping them smiling at the weekends. Not only will they get to meet hundreds of species of animals (tigers, primates and red pandas…oh my!), but they’ll also get to explore the World of Dinosaurs with its life-size animatronic pre-historic residents. But that’s not all, your family membership will also unlock discounts to everything from animal adoptions, to experiences, plus provide a free ride on the Rex Express, and a free round of On Safari Golf…phew, what a way to start out the list!

Knebworth House and Gardens

With an annual season ticket to Knebworth House and Gardens allowing you access throughout their open season, this one is almost almost like having your very own manor house as a home away from home (here’s wishing). You and the family will of course get to explore the park, gardens and house (and did we mention under 3s are free), not to mention taking adventures through their very own dino trail and adventure playground, but you’ll also get free entry to some of their special events, including the Easter Trail, Hertfordshire Garden Show and Medieval Jousting. Honestly, with all that and more, we reckon this annual ticket ought to take care of weekends and the summer holidays.

Hatfield House

At Hatfield Park you can get a parks, gardens and woodland walks season ticket that will take you from spring to autumn. With deer to be seen in the grounds, beautifully manicured gardens, and woodland to be explored, the whole family will love this one, not to mention the IG grid! With stresses of school runs and long work days in the week, we happen to think a family weekend day out in the countryside is the perfect way to reconnect and make memories in the great outdoors.

The Snow Centre

If you’re a family that’s missing the slopes, allow us to introduce the Snow Centre! All the skiing and snowboarding fun of the Swiss Alps, but without the heavy price tag. With a family membership, the whole family can get their snow legs, whether you fancy breaking out the skis or even trying your hand at snowboarding. Whatever the month, whatever the season, it’s always a brisk -2 degrees with real snow at The Snow Centre, and trust us, when that summer heatwave roles around, it’s THE place to be in Hertfordshire!

Standalone Farm

Set in 125 acres of farmland, this gorgeous working farm is the perfect Saturday treat with little ones. Meet the farm animals and learn about how they're cared for with this annual pass that gives you and the family unlimited visits, plus discounts on access to events and birthday parties, plus exclusive events only available to pass holders!
