Caring for a loved one with dementia is a profound act of love — but it can also be emotionally and physically exhausting. Whether you're a full-time caregiver or balancing care with work and family life, this workshop offers a space for you to be supported, rather than to support. Facilitated by artist Natalia Millman, in partnership with Memory Support Hertfordshire, this creative wellbeing workshop is designed to offer practical tools, emotional reflection, and gentle body-based practices to help you reconnect with yourself, feel less alone in your experience, and explore what self-care really looks like for you.
