Fire Mandala Yoga Workshop

14th January - 26th December 2026

Ignite warmth and presence in the heart of winter

Fire Mandala Vinyasa Workshop Ignite warmth and presence in the heart of winter Join Leilani for a two-hour Fire Mandala Vinyasa workshop inspired by Helios - the sun as both symbol and source of radiant energy and transformation. Moving through a circular, elementally inspired sequence, we’ll explore the transformative power of fire through breathwork, dynamic vinyasa, and yin. Mandala Vinyasa weaves movement 360° around the mat, reflecting the cycles of nature and the rhythm of breath. This practice offers an embodied meditation that stokes the internal flame - perfect for those seeking vitality and renewal in the darker months. Level: Intermediate to Advanced When: 14 January 7–9 PM; 21st January 7- 9PM; 26th January 7- 9PM Bring: Yoga mat, water, and an open heart This session takes place under the sculpture installation of the sun, "Helios" by Luke Jerram in the Assembly Room, giving participants exclusive after-dark access to this incredible installation.
