We know Christmas still hasn’t arrived yet but aren’t you just a little curious as what’s happening in 2024? Well, we certainly are and from the looks of things, it’s set to be another year of unmissable events and things you can spend the next couple of months looking forward to!

Hatfield Park Battle Proms

20th July 2024

It’s back! Returning to Hatfield Park for the 23rd annual Battle Proms Concert in July for a summer of celebration with music, fireworks, Spitfire, cannons and cavalry! Expect an afternoon of food, fizz, music and dramatic displays with an amazing programme of performances, including a choreographed aerial display from a WWII Spitfire, The Red Devils parachute display team (TBC) , 200 live firing cannons and, of course, spectacular musical fireworks!

Chilfest Music Festival 

5-6 July 2024

Chilfest will be arriving in Tring this July for a two-day family-friendly event. There will be food and drink vendors and of course a killer line-up of performers including tribute bands on Friday to kick off the festivities and amazing bands from the 80s and 90s on the Saturday.

The Ibiza Orchestra Experience 

We’ve got another music festival to go on your 2024 bucket list... Oh yes, you heard right! The Ibiza Orchestra is returning to Hemel Hempstead in 2024 for another incredible event, with 3 spectacular stages including the main arena, silent disco and disco dome. On the main stage you’ll find a 26 Piece Live Orchestra and headline support acts which included Marvin Humes and Nikki Ambers in the 2023 event. Expect to find bars and different foodie options to fuel your day of Ibiza grooves!

Herts County Show

25-26 May 2024

Celebrating the very best of our county is the popular Herts County Show and it’s back for 2024! This special event attracts thousands of people who come together to celebrate everything county, country living, food and farming! From the very best of local shopping with deliciously curated produce in the Food Court and iconic Made in Herts zones with local foods and local crafts as well as spectacular entertainment, as they welcome back the amazing Bold Dog lings as the main attraction for 2024. Paradise Wildlife Park Becomes Hertfordshire Zoo!

Have you heard? Paradise Wildlife Park will be rebranding as Hertfordshire Zoo as of April 2024! This new adventure means there will be exciting changes happening across the World of Dinosaurs and World of Animals, as well as new projects that allows the Park to continue to improve and create beautiful habitats for their animals.

Paradise Wildlife Park will be closed to the public from Thursday 4th January 2024 until re-opening on Saturday 10th February 2024, whilst essential maintenance tasks and upgrades around the site are made.

At Home Farm

This year At Home Farm saw a stellar line up of musicians, chefs, and comedians throughout the summer with a series of ticketed events, and we hear they’ll be returning for 2024!
