This multi-sensory exhibition will explore the many connections between St Albans and the Islamic World

Excavations at St Albans Abbey revealed that Abbot Roger de Norton was buried in 1291 with his heart in a case inscribed with Islamic text. This multi-sensory exhibition will explore the many connections (surprising and every day) between St Albans and the Islamic World - from scientific discoveries to a fondness for coffee.
